Method: UPS Ground is the normal method of shipment. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and Handling charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice. Shipping and Handling charges will be calculated at a flat rate.
Title/Risk of Loss: All shipments are FOB e3 Diagnostics’ facility. Title to products and risk of loss passes from e3 Diagnostics to you upon pick-up by the carrier.
Timing of Shipments: All in stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order receipt (except weekends and holidays). In the event that an item is out of stock, an e3 Diagnostics Customer Service Representative will notify you of the delay and ship any other items ordered under in stock guidelines.
e3 Diagnostics has a “no-hassle” return policy. For product purchased from mye3shop.com, returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days from date of receipt. e3 Diagnostics will refund the purchase price, without questions, when the item(s) being returned are received in our warehouse in saleable condition. If you need to return an item, please contact customer service via phone, email or through the Contact Us page to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. If your product qualifies for a return, you will also receive a prepaid shipping label. Customers will need to contact the mye3shop customer service team for return shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject a return if product is not received in original condition.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all infection control and PPE Products are not eligible for return.
In addition, we also cannot accept returns for 3M foam eartips or other items specifically marked as “non-returnable” in the item’s website description
